Q: What do I get with my order?

A: When you order, you get an 8x10in high quality photo print of your custom design, as well as a digital web-size image for sharing online. After that, you can also order additional prints with our Print Packages.

Q: Do I need to have professional photos of my pets?

A: Not at all! We can take nearly¹ any picture you have of your pets and use them to create your custom design.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: It depends on the number of pets in your order. Small orders can take about one business day from start to finish, while large orders can take about two business days.

Q: Who is making the designs?

A: Just me, Zachary! I do pretty much everything around here.
